At The Homeschool Village, we aim to foster a community where families are nurtured. “Our admissions process goes beyond determining if your child is a good fit for our unique learning environment. What matters most is that we welcome like-minded families with a desire to reimagine education, nurture the whole child through nature and project-based learning, and fully nourish their child’s body, mind, and spirit. We are seeking families who want to get involved in their child’s school experience through attending school/parent events and offering volunteer support throughout the school year.
To Get Started Follow These Application Steps:
1. Fill out our initial inquiry form ( https://omella.com/wy0i7 )
2. If we select you as a potential candidate, we invite you for a private campus tour and family interview. Check your email within 24 hours after submitting your inquiry form.
3. Children applying for ages 8 and up are asked to submit a written letter detailing why they want to attend The Homeschool Village.
5. If your child is invited to complete a shortened shadow day at the school, a non-refundable $100 application fee is required. *** Shadow days may or may not happen before the start of the new year***
6. If approved for enrollment, we will send you an enrollment contract to complete. Both your registration fee and tuition deposit will be due at this time.
7. Submit all required school forms and documents ( Due in August 2024)
Tuition for 2024-2025 School Year:
One-Time Registration Fee: $400 (per new student)
One-Time Registration Fee: $200 (per returning student)
Total Annual Tuition: $7,650
Tuition Deposit (due at time of registration): $850 (equivalent to one month’s tuition)
Monthly Tuition Payments: $850/month (due on the 1st of the month from September 1st – June 1st)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Additional Fees: Some additional fees for special guests/instruction and field trips are required throughout the school year to help facilitate an enriching learning experience for the students.
A Learning Enrichment Fee of $325 per semester helps facilitate an enriching learning experience for the students and covers the cost of special guests/instructors (e.g. music), and field trips.
A Facility Fee of $75 per semester is required for all students.
Semester 1 fees are due September, 15th 2024, and Semester 2 fees are due January, 15th 2025
